Since Ai Candies doesn't usually work with a stock, it may take between 1 and 3 weeks for your order to be ready to ship. Items will be shipped as soon as they're finished, so you don't have to wait till other orders are finished for yours to be shipped.Orders are started after payment is received, so full commitment is expected from customers.
Packages
Small packages (most jewelery) is carefully bubble-wrapped and sent in common envelopes. Mini-hats and headpieces are also bubble-wrapped and sent in recycled boxes with paper cushions. All items will be sent together, though you might need to ensemble delicate parts such as feathers or headbands in mini-hats or headpieces.
General Shipping and Tracking
Shipping is weight based and because of this you can order several items for the same shipping costs.
Items are shipped via Certified Mail from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Not only you'll be notified when your order's been shipped, but you'll also receive a tracking number.
International packages can be tracked here until they leave Argentina, then it's up to your local postal service. As all packages can be tracked in Correo Argentino's site, Ai Candies takes no responsibility for numbers not working in other companies' websites.
Domestic Orders
If you´re from Buenos Aires, Argentina (Capital Federal or nearby places) you can chose to come and pick up your order.
Please bear in mind you'll have to pay at least 50% of your order in advance. To do so you must chose "Cheque / Money Order" as form of payment and contact Ai Candies telling us so, so we can arrange things.
If you live in any other point of Argentina and can't come and pick your stuff, it will be shipped to you via Correo Argentino. Prices are for certified packages with tracking.

International Orders & Customs
Orders can be shipped anywhere in the world. Since most items are really small, it's unlikely you'll have to pay any customs fees. Still, packages are always labeled as "gift" and the stated value is US$5 or below.
