International Orders (All countries BUT Argentina)
1- Register to the site: Please click on the "Log In" link on the very top of the site and fill the form. Please use real information, as it'll be used for billing, shipping and calculating the shipping costs.
Please make sure your shipping information is updated BEFORE placing your order. This can be done using the "My Account" link on the top of the page.
Ai Candies won't ship to addresses provided by e-mail as it is difficult to keep track of those. You can have up to 5 addresses in your address book.
2- Add items to your Shopping Cart: Browse the catalogue and chose whatever you like. Some items have drop-down menus so you can chose what kind of accessory you want (necklace, cellphone charm, etc.).
If you've logged in to the site, the contents of your shopping cart will be saved in case you want to log out and keep shopping later.
3- Calculate Shipping: Just below your Shopping Cart you'll see a chart with the actual shipping cost of your order. Shipping is weight-based so you can order several items for the same shipping price.
4- Checkout: Press the button marked as "Checkout" when you're done.
5- Delivery information:
- You will be shown your primary shipping address (you can store up to 5 addresses in your Address Book). If you want your order delivered to another address, press "Change Address", edit your address, and press "Continue".
- Chose "Zone Rates" as your Shipping Method (as you won't be able to pick it up from our store if you don't live in the country xP).
- If you have any special request about shipping, write it in the box. Ex: "Please label the package as a gift so I don't have to pay custom taxes".
- Press "Continue Checkout"
6- Payment Information:
- You will be shown your billing address. This address should be the same on your Paypal cccount. Should you change it, please press "Change Address".
- You will be shown the totals on your order.
- If you have a Discount Coupon, you can redeem it by typing the code on the box. The discount will be automatically substracted from your order.
- Chose your Payment Method:
- Paypal is the most recommended method.
- Cheque / Money order refers to Western Union transfers and other similar methods. Chose this ONLY if you don't have a Paypal account and AFTER you've contacted Ai Candies on how you'd like to pay.
- If you have any special comment about billing, write it in the box. Ex: "I'm using my brother's Paypal account, so the names and addresses might not match.".´
- Press "Continue Checkout"
7- Order Confirmation
- You will be shown the whole information about your order and will be given a last chance to edit any aspect of it.
- Press "Confirm Order".
8- Paying:
- If you chose Paypal as your Payment Method, you'll be sent to Paypal´s home page in order to pay for your Order.
- If you chose Cheque / Money Order, you'll receive a Thank You message. Please make the money transfer as soon as possible and e-mail Ai Candies with the necessary information.
This is the final step.
Don't forget that Ai Candies doesn't work with a stock, and your items will be made AFTER payment is received. As soon as your items are finished, you'll receive a message from Ai Candies informing when your order's been shipped and you'll also receive a tracking number.
Local Orders (Argentina ONLY)
Ai Candies would like to offer fellow Argentines with the best prices possible. For this reason, every order will be subject to a conversion from US Dollars to the best price possible in Argentine Pesos. This means that the total order won't be an exact equivalent to its price in US Dollars, but considerably cheaper.
For all of this, we'll be probably talking more about "estimates" than actual "orders".

If you live in Buenos Aires, you'll be able to pick up your order from our store. Please bear in mind that you'll still need to pay the total order before it's started.

6- Payment Information:
- You will be shown your billing address and the totals on your order. Please press "Change Address" if you want to change it.
- As Argentine orders have a default discount, Discount Coupons aren't really available.
- Chose "Cheque / Money Order" as your method of payment. This also refers to bank, Western Union or Dineromail transfers.
- Write in the box which method of payment you want (bank transfer, Western Union or Dineromail), so we can e-mail you with the necessary information.
- Press "Continue Checkout"
7- Order Confirmation:
- You will be shown the whole information about your order and will be given a last chance to edit any aspect of it.
- Press "Confirm Order" and you'll be taken to a thank you message. This is final step on the website.
8- Knowing the price.
Since you still don't know the exact price of your order, after all of this is done you'll receive an e-mail with the EXACT price in Argentine Pesos.
9- Estimate: If you accept the estimate, you'll be told how to proceed in order to pay it. If you don't accept it, we can cancel your order and start a new estimate (a new order) until you're satisfied.
Don't forget that Ai Candies doesn't work with a stock, and your items will be made AFTER payment is received. As soon as your items are finished, you'll receive a message from Ai Candies. If you live in Buenos Aires you'll be asked to come and pick up your order. If you don't live in Buenos Aires, we'll tell you when the package's been sent and you'll receive a tracking number.
